that is why I agreed on an entry-level pay rate. But after showing what I can do for a company, I do expect an adjustment to my rate, but I don't have the faintest idea what to expect (e.g, how much upon getting out of QA? How many lines beyond what lowest acceptable range of lines do I need to produce to get incentives or to expect another increase, and at what increments - e.g., 0.01 upon getting out of QA? Incentives of 0.0025 beyond 400 or 600 or 800 or 1000 or 1200 lines per day? Any clear input will be much appreciated...
