I had 2 yrs of hospital experience, 5 yrs of clinical experience, had prior courses in the basic MEDICAL SCIENCES (anatomy, physio, pharma, para, biochem, etc.) and CLINICAL SCIENCES (ob-gyn, pedia, fm, im, surgery, ophtha, ENT, radio, etc.) SHAM and it seemed MT is the best job where I can utilize my knowledge and skills and keep my mind stimulated. I sellf-studied the tools I need to use to perform the job. Don't you think I deserve a good pay? I just want to make it clear that I really have no idea on what is a fair rate, but ignorance is no excuse. Hence, I am asking for opinions from the veterans in this forum. If I think I am not being rewarded accordingly, I might not wait for 2 years to get to the 11 cpl rate.
