MT pay really doesn't seem to go on what we "deserve." LOL MT pay is based on years of experience, quality, quantity, difficulty of account, market going rate, time at job, report type, and how much the MTSO can afford to pay. You can discuss it with your supervisor, but why should newbies make as much money as experienced MTs?
