$ for doing what is already expected of you irregardless if it goes to QA or not. Most jobs want you to only send a small % of your work to QA as it is, this way they save $ (you don't get more because of it). I used to have a job that chewed your butt off if you sent more than 5% of your monthly work to QA, so out of 400 reports a month you could only send in 20 (less than 1 a day), and this was 85% ESL---so as you say you are "relatively new" the odds are you won't get much more than .08 a line. I started at .06 3 years ago, and am now up to .085. However on job hunting I was offered .07-.08.....I kept looking until I found what I wanted and in time I will get myself up to .10 a line. If you have been with the company for a while, i.e. at least a year, you can always ask for a raise, but it's unlikely they will give you more than .01 a line for a raise though- Good luck.
