more additional info

My accounts are mostly ESLs, so that I don't merely type what they say, but also check for grammar, sentence structure, etc. , which makes the job longer. Researching on medical terms/drugs/labs is not that hard for me. In essence, I am almost QAing my own job, and I take pride in the quality of my work.

So, what pay do I rightfully deserve? I would like to get the opinion of the veteran MTs here (not MTSOs).
