fair pay rate

I am a relatively new MT working for a medium-sized MTSO. Most of my transcripts now go directly to the clients. If there are any unsure terms or blanks, I send to QA for them to try to fill in. That only happens rarely.

If the quality of my work is such that my employer feels confident to let most of them go directly to the client, what is a fair pay rate that I should expect/demand?

Sometimes I just feel that I am not fairly compensated...
