I was born in California, raised in Arizona and for as long as I can remember there have been migrant farm workers from Mexico, some here with green cards, most illegally. Anywhere you go from Washington state to California and all across the south this has been a reality for as many years as I and my parents can remember and I am nearly 50 years old so this is nothing new. They do labor that no one else will do and most irrigation farm operations are dependent on them. Even skid row drunks think this labor is beneath them. Our economy has thrived despite the fact that this has been going on for many decades. As a matter of fact, they have contributed heavily to the health of the farm economy over the years. Of course with terrorist issues our borders should be secured but I don't think we can blame ALL the ills of our society on the Bush family and illegal migrants. The problem of our jobs being offshored has nothing to do with our southern border ..
