For those who don't know, ASR is a new way to increase production and pay less money to MTs! C'mon, what did you really think.They will be changing the ASR pay down the road to very little per line,telling you all that it's because your production has increased! And it's coming very soon!!!! They are scrambling to put every account they can up on voice rec in an attempt at a huge profit.First they probably drop the client rates just a tad to pull them in! Then they will lure you in by telling you your production will increase but they don't tell you that based on how much your production has increased,is how much your rate per line will GO DOWN! Hmmmm,50% increase in production -50% DECREASE IN YOUR LINE COUNT??? Oh, they will tell you it all evens out but does it? Bottom line,once again they are using you and abusing you, big time,to gain huge profit. You don't think they are dropping the client rates by 50% do you? Not in a million years. If you can live with 4cents a line, more power to you. And what happens after you have all trained the machine,because lets face it,that's what youre really doing. It is projected that with the average age of MTs in the field now there will be a huge shortage in the near future when most old timers retire.New ones are few and far between. They will need the machine to do the work,and thanks to all of you,you are helping by training it.And whatever this won't take care of, India will! Are you getting it now? Get out ladies,get out now.
