I've worked on theDictaphone plateform for the last 5 years with 2 different companies. I think it is fabulous. It is fast, great word expansion, the ability to look at past dictations by either doctor dictation or by patient. The next job is always waiting. For the past 2 years I've used the plateform with Dictaphone Speech Recognition program. It has taken several months for us to get up to speed, but all have improved production by 15% or more. Just about every one of us trained on it love it and would never go back to the "old way" give a choice.
