rubberband it to my ear. there isn't the typical thing that goes over your head or under your chin. it is just the loose wire and the earplugs go to each ear off the wire but they won't stay in my ear. there is a mute button on the wire about half way down and the weight of that i think is tugging on the earplugs and somewhat putting pressure on them that helps them fall out. but i also have 4 kids, telephone ringing, and tv on so everytime i turn my head they fall out of my ears.
