other "ends" don't stay in my ears either. I do find there is definitely a LEFT and a RIGHT side - maybe make sure you are putting them in the right ear. It is a tiny little letter on the silver part just inside the circle of little holes. If I didn't have these ear phones I wouldn't be able to do this work - I'm convinced. And I'm worried because the last time I looked in the RadioShack web page they were not selling them! EEEEEEEK. So I take care of these better than my diamonds - well almost.
