to the lady who uses radioshack headphones sm

i bought the in the ear, noise reduction headphones from radio shack and the sound quality is great but how the heck do you keep these things in your ears?? i have 3 different plugs to put on them, i continually squeeze them before inserting, etc. as the directions say but i can't seem to get them to stay in. everytime i move or turn my head, one or the other or both fall out. help!!
