Does anybody out there get a really gross dictator?

I have this one guy that I seem to get over and over again and he doesn't pause he just goes into these really gross spasmodic coughing fits, then snorts through his nose, chokes on the phlegm, obviously swallows, and just continues, as if nothing ever happened. It is sooooooooo gross and it's throught the whole dicatation.

I see his name and think "Oh no! Dr. Phlegm." He doesn't have a cold, because I've had his stuff at least weekly for almost a year and it's always the same thing.

I'm thinking maybe COPD? And I'm thinking "Dr. heal thyself." Or at least say "excuse me" or cover the microphone. EEEUW.
