I LOVE IT! I started using one right after MT school at my in-house job. I started sort of by accident. I was doing some training with a coworker on her computer and she used an ergo keyboard, the first I ever used. In no time I was hooked and the company purchased one for me to use as well. When I started working at home I dealt with a regular keyboard and found it was really hard to get comfortable with it. Finally I purchased a Microsoft Natural for myself and am 100% satisfied. I think it is more comfortable (I don't feel like my hands are crowded together) and I don't notice hand/wrist strain. My neck and back will ache long before my hands or wrists. I have been doing this job for close to five years now, and (KNOCK ON WOOD) have had no problems whatsoever with my hands or wrists. I believe I owe a lot of it the keyboard. Good luck!
