I agree with you. Sometimes I just jot off a quick message and I would like to know that this is one place I don't have to be "perfect" as I already worry about that 10 to 12 hours a day. If any of you worked with electronic charts you would die if you saw what went into them from the docs and the MA. I correct them all the time. I would think that insurance companies and courts can't believe some of the chart notes that go in to them. But anyway -- you said what I have wanted to say for a long time -- thanks.
