grammar and spelling

This is to address some of the discussions I have read on this forum concerning grammar and spelling:

When you people start paying me for what I type here, then I will be sure and research everything I type. Until then, please keep your comments to yourself, as I am sure you are not getting paid to QA what goes on this board.
