I'm glad that I'm not the only one thrown by this question. I presumed the lines per hour was my best bet. These will be 3 new docs, since mine is retiring. Yes, Hungarian, but after 30 yrs, I know what he is going to say before he does, so I whipped through tapes with speed. I will sit down and discuss the clarification of what exactly this business manager is looking for and hopefully, will get it figured out.
Again, thank you all, this is a very informative site that I've now bookmarked.
