Well your used to this doc you work for. So... usually: How many minutes long is his tape, e.g. 60-minute tape = 30 minutes each side. Does he fill both sides. So how much of his work do you do in a day? Lets say you do 3, 60-minute tapes, one side each that's 90 minutes. How long does it take you to get that 90 minutes done? That should get you started.
