In my situation I left the hospital to do MT at home. There's no actual line "requirement" per se, but I do between 200 and 250 myself and I'm making over $200 more a week and I'm saving $50.00 a week on gas. But, best of all, I'm barefoot :) If you're talking about clinic notes inhouse, just make sure you don't have to do other tasks, like answer the phone. The hospital job I had actually required me to answer phones, do filing, etc., etc. It was ridiculous. After I left, they finally smartened up and sent the transcription out.
