I know who qualifies and who doesn't qualify. I know their entire system. I used to have to check into headquarters in Baltimore, MD every morning with a long wait, vehicle search and a patdown post 9/11. Please don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, because I DO. I was trained specifically in benefits for the terminally ill and expeditious processing of eligibility applications. Now, would you like to see my federal ID card as proof? Go to SSA.gov or CMS.HHS.gov and see for yourself.
