Going back home

I so agree with you. I am in the transition of going back home from in house for nearly two years. The backstabbing and gossip...and policies that, if broken, (like parking 3 times in the wrong area), were taken to management and reprimanding took place...and there was never enough parking. One of the smaller details but yeah, the time spent getting ready for work, driving there were a pain. I am going back to my home office and chill. I am an MT who actually loves this work. The in house goings on was such a distraction that half the time I found myself hating it.
