I prefer at home. I've worked in-house 3 different times, for short periods of time, the longest being about 6 months. I always get bored with the in-house routine. First of all, the time spent driving them could be time spent working. I HATE dressing up in hospital required attire (nice slacks, pumps, etc.). And most of all, there really isn't much time of socializing and gab for the MT. Even though my job pays by the hour, we also have a minimum line count we MUST achieve (which isn't hard to do), but everything after that is paid pretty darn well per line and you don't want to sacrifice all that money for a little chit chat. So, I'm just fine at home. Don't need office politics, back stabbing, gossip, or any of the rest of it that happens when you put a bunch of people in one rather small room.
