Radiology transcription

What is the basic rate to charge for radiology reports. I work for a hospital for which I do all reports, rad and the basic 4. They are looking at outsourcing some of their work because of guidelines. I am thinking about doing just radiology. There is an ad for a rad position that pays $1.45 per report or minute of dictation. I could work two hours and make twice what I make now working 7 hours. Please help.
