being too nice. I wish you were my friend. I need the money too.:) This is definitely a speed-oriented job and should be advertised as such. I have a legal secretary friend. I don't think it is that easy to switch from legal to medical. She still needs transcription training first. Maybe starting her at .07/line or something first would have been better if you have to basically train her and it sounds like you do. Sometimes, you will get the same thing with nurses switching to MT. It seems it should be simple to switch to MTing but it isn't without training first. Good luck to you.
