I totally agree with you about quality control, etc. But I have always been a bit of a perfectionist and have always received 98% to 100% QA reports; used to get bonuses all the time for that, (where did that go anyway???)..... Your idea of a separate web site is great....boycottaamt.com. The only reason AAMT is STILL supposedly "representing us" is because American MTs keep paying their dues and getting their CMTs and not really fighting for themselves. There IS one quick and DEFINITE cure to AAMTitis....DISCONNECT their life support....any and all MTs who are not happy with what they have done for the American MT should immediately discontinue their membership....no more money coming in and no more members....SOOOOO who can AAMT represent...they would no longer be a legitimate organization. However, I would still truly love to see what they have supposedly done to benefit the American MT...and I really want someone in the "powers that be" with AAMT to respond to this question. I am sure they read this board!!! Please. If there is no official response from AAMT to these questions, then I would think their silence is a deafening response and we should ALL wake up and take notice.
