Here's a double thumbs up to you, my lady! You hit many nails on many heads. I DO support quality standards, and do (get your eggs ready) support some kind of testing or certification for MTs. It's just past time for that. That's the ONLY way to get the recognition we deserve. I'm sure, if the test was fair and impartial, you would pass it with flying colors - but that's in a perfect world, isn' t it? Somehow, some way, we need to put control of OUR profession back into OUR hands - and not let some third party who has demonstrated absolutely no interest in protecting our interests alledgedly represent us! Anybody for impeachment?? I'm thinking of starting a website: boycottaamt.com Any takers? We really need to pull together on this - and as there are a LOT of angry MTs out there - and unfortunately, AAMT is our national organization. Problem is it's being run by people with other interests. Time to clean the slate and try again?
