Yes you have done a 360 havent you! just kidding. I try not to look at negative posters when they are ex employees because who knows really what happened. I might look at posters who have been at a job for a long long time and have "good" things to say. But for the most part I have been trying out companies myself, haven't actually taken a job because its been busy, but that is my plan to have a backup. I read your last post above there and you said you have to go to NE region which is bad bad horrible.. but dont you think if there are 4 regions they are going to hire some competent people to do the job "right"? That is my opinion. I am thinking merge into four regions is a good way to get better staff and communication to get things working across the board. You may have a better experience with that office than your last. haha I don't mean to sound "positive" again, but I think thats my nature.
