Pretty sure it was for a bonus.. hopefully it she was just trying a new way for a bonus..(Im not gonna get paranoid lol). It might be great for the long slow dictators doing discharge summaries if you do them allll day, but not when you do fast talking ORs and Consults, unless the pay differential would be more or something.
