Insurance

I complained of insurance problems earlier on this board. I agree that insurance companies are ruling our health care, and this is horrible. We have, in a sense, socialized medicine already. However, those that can afford health insurance have more choices than those who cannot. That being said, a doctor I once worked for had a patient from England. She was over here receiving cancer treatment. She was very lucky that she could come over here and pay for her care. In England she was on a long waiting list for treatment, and would have probably died before receiving treatment. I do not like my insurance company telling me when and where I can see a doctor, but I certainly would not like the government telling me this either. The answers would have to be multilevel overhaul of the whole health system. I
