rad doctor speaks so fast

Thanks for your input. I only have 1 or 2 doctors that shuffle papers during dictation. The really annoying thing is a rad doctor who speaks so fast I get on 0.1 minute for 10 lines. I think I might just go part time to see how it is which will be hard because of the radiology I do. Sometimes I never know when I will finish. Is there a company that would let me work at my pace late in the afternoons?
