I would also notice the days when I just didn't want to do a thing but veg. My energy level is great now. I have it all the time. If anything, it gave me more energy, but in a good way. You just feel happier all the way around without that fake feeling, if that makes any sense. All I can say is that I feel better and especially more EVEN all the way around. Having recently gone through this myself and the feelings that you are now experiencing, I know exactly where you're coming from and the different feelings associated wondering if you think you're psycho or not, losing your mind, etc. It's frustrating, that I know, but there is help and it's okay to get it. After dealing with my PMS/perimenopause, my husband said that he had a new respect and love for me because I tackled this problem head on. Good luck to you and please keep in touch!
