I worked with a very nice male, blind transcriptionist in the past. He would often get to work early, locking the door behind him. When this happened, and I unlocked the door, I more than once said, "Joe, what are you doing sitting here in the dark"? He was very nice. He would just laugh it off and say, "I am always in the dark".
