one our pay and their bill to hospitals. "Turning the knob" is what they are accused of doing when they were double and triple billing hospitals on the work we were doing and they were sending to the hospitals. So there should be no reason for them to threaten taking pay for "2 spaces". I wonder who didn't know they could set the settings? That's funny!
