I was moved from my NJ office to Amherst and presented with all of this and I immediately freaked and demanded to be sent back to NJ, that I could not work like this, I could not have my work picked apart and have all this docking going on....they talked me down and said to relax, it is not what it looks like on paper, it looks scary all written out like that, so I agreed to try it but said I would definitely leave if it turned into political/business/red tape BS. I can honestly say I have never had less than a 99%. Almost all of the dockings have been legitimate typos or noncapitlization of meds on my part. There was one time that it was a QA person's opinion against mine and that was fixed up. My super said the points are not to affect the people who are doing a good job, but to catch the ones who are not, and they NEED to be caught. Plus, in our office they only pull four reports in a month. That is such a small amount of the month's work that unless you are making mistakes on every other line you should not do too badly. I know I sound like I am cheerleading MQ or up their butts, but I am not, I even have my own issues with them, but I remember getting these same papers and having the same thoughts and I wanted to share how it has panned out for me. Unless you have PITA QA people, I think you will be okay.
