where you are? Again, I don't know where this list is on the JCAHO web site but it only talks about mcg and O.U. and here's one I don't agree with...never put 1.0..........just put 1. It is only about 1 page long also. Not long at all. I had always been told you must put a decimel with anything under 10....and most especially if there were other doses like 3.5 etc. to be consistent. Oh well.
