JCAHO web page listed below -- scroll down on that page a little less than halfway, and you will see a chart, then go down further, and there is a second chart. These are the only JCAHO requirements I know of, the only list from JCAHO I have seen, but there is another list from the Institute for Safe Medication Practices that has some overlap with JCAHO but is a little longer. I have put the web address for that list below too. The ISMP list is the list I use for the work I do for a JCAHO-accredited hospital.
