They say use 'DO NOT USE LIST' of JCAHO but I can't find it on the site...help!

I went to the site they gave in the memo....www.jcaho.org.....

and I looked and I looked for a list of abbreviations titled DO NOT USE LIST.

but I can't find anything that says it is a DO NOT USE LIST.

I saw a lot of lists that were ACCEPTABLE ABBREVIATIONS for a lot of different areas like clinics, hospitals, etc.

Does anybody know where this list is?
