We started using it in January 2004 and it has gotten better but it was definitely not based on transcription input. Autotest has all kinds of quirks, puts spaces after entries, uncapitalizes letters. And you can't get cover letters to print the way you want (i.e. orphan signature on the second page). The screen you type on is not word based, it's html so if you copy word text in it causes problems. We had a very rocky start, getting it to do what we wanted. It is nice though, having the demographics on the same screen. That is a plus.
