It is a bit tricky to get used to, but after you are in it awhile, it is difficult to go back to anything else. It is a very streamlined system designed to give you the most bang for your buck regarding time spent typing versus time spent getting in/out of your report or putting in demographics. If done correctly, all demographics are in and the dictation is directly attached to the transcription, so there is no extra equipment and those dictations are very easily retrieved if needed. I love it!
