The line rate's decent, everybody's super nice, you don't run out of work, direct deposit, the system is easy to use, no long distance or phone lines. But they have this really odd way of categorizing "accounts". It's really multiple hospitals, but they call it one account. So you're in a pool with thousands of dictators, and you might get the same doc once a month. Makes it really tough to become familiar on your account, even for strong professionals. Also, I've been here for months and still haven't had any success in figuring out what their health insurance costs or what their overtime policy is. (They send out e-mails asking for overtime, but when you ask how it works, nobody seems to know)
