it also was a bust. We had 4 in-house girls and myself, part-time, and we edited the reports. Lots of ESL docs. The VR just did not pick up on their phrasing like it was supposed to with repetitive use, and docs were frustrated with time spent learning it, using it, etc. However, the down side is that the clinic was definitely looking to cut down on transcription cost, and has now gone to electronic records, so there is only one full-time girl left and others were laid off.
