I only do op reports. Love them! The only way to get experience is by doing

them. Tell the MTSO that you have experience in the basic 4, but op note is not your strongest point, but you would like to start with DS, Consults and H&P's. When they run out, you would like to try op reports. As long as they have a QA department, it shouldn't be a problem for them. It is also easy for them to put in your queue whatever worktypes you are strongest in. Good Luck. Let us know how you make out.
