How to get Op notes experience?

I worked for a hospital and while still in training (op notes to be next), I had to leave for an illness in the family. I've been having trouble getting a job because of not having op experience. I love doing acute care and can do all reports including E.R., but keep getting job offers for clinic notes. I'm not crazy about clinic notes and want the basic 4. How can I learn if no one is willing to help?
