we only had to do 10.8 minutes per hour. That was easily done unless you were inhouse answering the phone, helping new MTs and dealing with walk-in traffic seeking medical records. It was pretty easy to earn the incentive bonus there. Wish I'd never left. That was the best MT job I ever had.
