That is difficult. It seems that as you approach the 80 minutes something stops clicking, or at least on this end. I do not have the desire to type too many more letters. The brain starts to shut down and the fingers get tired and other parts of the body begins to ache. If there have been several difficult dictators, I can not meet the 80 minutes, it drains me. I guess this is where the VR would be very helpful to someone that regularly needs to meet the lengthy dictation requirements. I would not want to be using VR in a hospital or clinic setting. Too many interruptions. At home, I turn off the ringer, and do not answer the door.
