I think that Olympus foot pedals will only play dss files (dss is a file format that is proprietary to Olympus). You would be better off to get a foot pedal that will play other types of files as well to give you added flexibility outside your work for this particular doctor. It's best to get a foot pedal that will play wav files along with dss and as many other types as possible.
