The company I work for will give me no minutes for days on end because there has been no dictation and then slam me with over 100 reports at a time to do within 24 hours. One time last month, they gave me 515 minutes to be done within 24 hours. One time, I was four hour late (only one time in six months) and now I am considered unreliable.
