How long is to long to wait? sm

I am fairly new to the transcription world and was thrilled to learn I was hired last week. I have researched the company and everyone has pretty good things to say about them. The problem is I still have not received any contracts, nor have I heard from my account manager regarding training and things. How long is to long to wait?? I really need to start working again and hate to keep emailing every day asking when this will start, but what is a girl to do?!?!?!? What is your opinion out there? Do I keep on them everyday, or just sit idle and wait for them to get it moving?
