On my acute account, I seem to average about 11 lines per minute of dictation...and on clinic account, about 9 lines per minute of dictation. These are AVERAGE. My production requirements are based on lines; a minimum of 10,200 lines (65 characters/spaces) per 2-week payperiod. Your situation requires about 136 minutes a day? Well, it does seem a bit high for minimum productions. The hospital I used to work for paid our incentive/production by the minute. Our base was 120 minutes/8 hours. Good luck.
