I would just like to answer your question about raises. I received a raise in Dec of 2004. It was an annual cost of living raise. I am still employed by a hospital. There is always an exception to the rule. My place of employment is not unionized and I "believe" it is a great place to earn a paycheck. The mission of my hospital is "Finding Cures. Saving Children."
